The pump has a back and forth movable roller shoe (46) including a guiding recess (54) for a roller (47). The roller cooperates with a cam of a drive shaft, which mechanically drives the pressure pump. The guiding recess asymmetrical in a cross section comprises two differently large halves by the roller, where one of the halves in the cross section has a shape of a circular arc (56) and the other half in the cross section has a shape of an elliptical arc (57). The guiding recess is formed in a section of a Pascal snail shape and exhibits an increased gap (65) in the roller.
