PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to reduce the size of a circuit by forming an active drive and a release drive into one circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor device, a driving part(200) increases the voltage level of a core voltage. A release part(400) drops the voltage level of the core voltage. A dividing part(300) generates a comparison voltage. The comparison voltage corresponds to the voltage level of the core voltage. A comparison unit(110) generates first and second compare result signals. The first compare result signal is in proportion to the comparison voltage with a reference voltage The second compare result signal is in inverse proportion to the comparison voltage with a reference voltage A bias(120) provides a bias current capacity. A driving controller(130) controls the driving part. A release control part(140) controls the release part. A first enable part(150) selectively activates driving and release. |
