<p>The detector-isolator for Comap-type valves relates to a new system that enables us to detect gas leaks from gas containers or recipients, used in domestic or industrial applications, thereby avoiding accidents and risks of disastrous consequences in the area where they are found. The detector-isolator for Comap-type gas valves comprises a gas detector and related circuit, located in the control box which is placed near to the isolator, and an isolator that makes it possible to shut off the gas in the event of a leak; this isolator is placed on the nozzle of the gas container, such that the gas isolator acts upon the barb of the valve, when it receives the signal from the detector, shutting off the gas flow; this detector is designed to send a signal in the shortest possible time and the isolator then closes the valve to stop the gas leak detected.</p> |
