PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a greenish image by controlling the slope of the brightness and reducing the brightness of a green color through a color filter. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer(110) is located on a substrate(100). A first insulation layer(115) that is a gate insulation layer is located on a semiconductor layer. A gate electrode(120) is located on the first insulation layer to correspond to the semiconductor layer. A source electrode(130a) and a drain electrode(130b) electrically connected to a semiconductor layer are located on a second insulation layer(125). A third insulation layer(145) to protect a color filter(140G) and a thin film transistor is located on the second insulation layer.
