PURPOSE: A tray transferring device and a side push device adapted to the same are provided to accurately lift a transfer tray and operate a side push device without an error by using the same driving source. CONSTITUTION: A working object is received on the upper side of a transfer tray(110). A first transfer rail(120) transfers the transfer tray to a first work position. A first guide rail(130) and a second guide rail(140) guide the first side and second side of the transfer tray with a preset space. A second transfer rail(160) transfers the transfer tray to a second work position. A reciprocation member(180) reciprocates in a third direction and a fourth direction.
