<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective display device in which illuminance dependency is suppressed, and a control circuit for the reflective display device. <P>SOLUTION: The reflective display device includes an illuminance detector configured to detect illuminance, a chroma corrector configured to correct chroma of an original image data in accordance with the illuminance detected by the illuminance detector, and a display element configured to display an image data in which chroma is corrected by the chroma corrector. In the chroma corrector, when illuminance detected by the illuminance detector is a predetermined value or less, chroma may be reduced.
