<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain, in an image forming apparatus configured to form an image on both sides of a transfer material, simplification of the apparatus and reduction in cost of the apparatus by sharing a position regulating member for regulating the position in the width direction of the transfer material. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit GK which is disposed on the upper side in vertical direction of a housing unit 52 which houses a transfer material T to form image on the transfer material T; a sheet conveyance path 521 having a horizontal conveyance section 528A which is formed between the housing unit 52 and the image forming unit GK so as to cross a casing from one side to the other side in horizontal direction thereof; a reversion unit which reverses both sides of the transfer material T; a recycle conveyance path which is joined to the upstream side in carrying direction D1 of the horizontal conveyance portion 528A; and the position regulating member 620 which is disposed at the horizontal conveyance portion 528A to regulates the position of paper T in width the direction thereof that is orthogonal to the carrying direction D1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
