PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation by indicating a method of moving or removing a movable or removable part during cleaning or repairing of an indoor unit of an air conditioner that is easily understood by a user. SOLUTION: In the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the movable or removable part is stored in a body of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. The indoor unit includes a pedestal manufactured by die machining near the movable or removable part. The shape of the pedestal is that of a symbol indicating a work procedure or the method of disassembling/mounting of the movable or removable part during cleaning and repairing of the body of the indoor unit.
