<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchanging efficiency of a power element and a cooling member in a refrigeration device cooling the power element of a power source for supplying electric power to a compressor, by a refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling member (50) includes a refrigerant pipe (52) in which the refrigerant flows, and a body section (51) in which the refrigerant pipe (52) is buried. The refrigerant pipe (52) has a plane section (52a) exposed to a surface of the body section (51).
