PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust the degree of a change if needed when changing the luminance of a light source. SOLUTION: The light control device comprises: a light source 13 which can adjust luminance; a delay part 12 which delays the change of a drive signal inputted into the light source 13; and a control unit 11 which outputs a light-adjustment control signal for driving the light source 13 and switches the necessity of the execution of the delay operation by the delay part 12 by the selection signal according to the indication signal which commands an increase or decrease of the luminance of light source 13.
