PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of arranging a winning device with saving space to a limited game region. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine 1 includes: a second start winning device 5b having a second start opening 51b and an opening/closing member 55 opening/closing the second start opening; and a center accessory device 30. The center accessory device includes an inlet 61 of a passage part 60 discharging a game ball toward a big winning port 71 or a first start opening 51a on a right frame part 35 of a frame body part 31. The second start winning device 5b is arranged so that the game ball can not pass between the opening/closing member closing the second start opening and the frame body part in a game region 3 which is on the downstream side of the inlet and on the same side as the right frame part in which the inlet is provided.
