PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device which successfully conveying workpieces by the use of reciprocal vibration, and successfully and precisely feeding the workpieces to a receiving part of a destination means of the conveyance, when the workpieces are transferred to the destination means side of the conveyance. SOLUTION: The conveying device includes: a plate spring reciprocally vibrated by a driving source; a first conveying means A having an approximately linear conveying passage so as to sequentially convey the workpieces by the use of the reciprocal vibration; a second conveying means B interposed between the forefront of the first conveying means A and assembling means 3 so as to sequentially convey the workpieces conveyed from the first conveying means A to the receiving part P; a first supporting means (a rod-shaped member 18 and a plate-shaped member 19) transmitting the reciprocal vibration of the first conveying means A to the second conveying means B side; and a second supporting means (a plate-shaped member 20) suppressing the relative positional displacement with respect to the assembling means 3.
