PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-forming X-ray filter, equalizing the beam quality of the X-ray so as to equalize the image quality in a center part and a peripheral part of an imaging field. SOLUTION: The beam-forming X-ray filter (21) is disposed between a subject and an X-ray tube (20) which generates the X-ray, so that X-ray intensity distribution is adjustable in an X-ray radiation range in a channel direction of an X-ray detector (23) disposed to face the X-ray tube over the subject. The beam-forming X-ray filter (21) has a plurality of shielding parts to shield the X-ray, and a plurality of transmission parts to transmit the X-ray alternately in the channel direction.
