PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device, a lens barrel, and an image pickup device, which improve detection accuracy by a detection element. SOLUTION: The image blur correction device includes: a fixing member 2; a moving member 3 which is moved in two directions orthogonal to an optical axis and holds a lens 26; a first drive body 13 which is only movable in a first direction and moves the moving member in the first direction; a first drive magnet 10 disposed obliquely at a prescribed angle relative to the first direction; a first drive coil 15; a first detection element 17; a second drive body 18 which is movable only in a second direction and moves the moving member in the second direction; a second drive magnet 12 disposed obliquely at a prescribed angle relative to the second direction; a second drive coil 20; and a second detection element 22. The first drive magnet is attached to one of the fixing member and the first drive body, and the first drive coil and the first detection element are attached to the other of the fixing member and the first drive body. The second drive magnet is attached to one of the fixing member and the second drive body, and the second drive coil and the second detection element are attached to the other of the fixing member and the second drive body.
