The catheter (KA) has a placing device brought into stomach of a human being and comprising a funnel-shaped inlet part (EI) and a hose (TU) made of semipermeable biocompatible soft material. The hose comprises length and outer dimension and is positioned in small intestine (DU) of the human being during placement of the funnel-shaped inlet part at a region of a stomach outlet (MA) of the human being. The semipermeable biocompatible material is permeable to mineral molecules and vitamin molecules and is impermeable to fat molecules and acid molecules.
