The panel has material layers connected with each other in a weft direction (S) and in a chain direction (K) so that square-like cushions (1) are formed by cross connection lines. The panel is made of double-layer woven or knitted fabric. Afloat threads are incorporated between the layers in the weft direction. The threads are integrated at the connection lines in the chain direction so that an embedded line (3) is formed. Polyester fiber yarns are used in the chain direction and the weft direction for the material layers.
