<p>Provided is a wire holder which can facilitate end treatment for wire harnesses, can reduce production costs of the wire harnesses, and can improve the reliability of insulation displacement connection on the ends of the wire harnesses. The wire holder (1) is provided with a holder main body (5) which holds a plurality of wires (3) in parallel by a wire aligning unit (11) and a holder cover (6) which pinches the outgoing portions (3a) of the respective wires (3) with the holder main body (5) therebetween. The wire aligning unit (11) includes a plurality of leading end insertion holes (14) to allow the leading ends (3b) of the respective wires to be separately inserted therethrough for positioning, and a crimping blade insertion hole (15) to allow a crimping blade (31) to be inserted therethrough from the outside. The leading end insertion holes (14) are tapered respectively to satisfy D2 = d < D1, wherein D1 represents the wire-incoming side inner diameter of each hole, D2 represents the wire-outgoing side inner diameter of each hole, and d represents the outer diameter of a wire outer cover.</p> |
