PURPOSE: A paste dispenser is provided to simplify a structure for measuring the height of the upper surface to a head unit that discharges paste on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A head unit(60) includes a nozzle(73) which discharges paste on a substrate which is installed in a stage. A fluctuation measuring unit(110) displaces a head unit according to the variation of the height when the head unit is moved to a horizontal direction. A location measuring apparatus(90) measures the displacement of the fluctuation measuring unit.
