PURPOSE: A washer fluid heating device of a vehicle is provided to reduce the possibility of danger due in a fire by separating other electrical equipment from the flow of washer fluids completely. CONSTITUTION: A washer fluid heating device of a vehicle comprises: a contactor(10) passing washer fluids inward; a coil(20) wound on the outer circumference of the contactor and generating an eddy current to the contactor; a power supply unit(30) supplying power to the coil; an ECU(40) receiving power supply signals if the power supplies to the power supply unit and transmitting wire operating signals of a vehicle after the appointed hours; and an operation control unit(50) operating the wire on the basis of the signals transmitted from the ECU.
