PURPOSE: A DC brushless motor for a hybrid car and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the coupling structure between bus rings for supplying driving power and a holder receiving the bus rings. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bus rings(110) has a circular band. A catch ring(121) expands a receiving space for receiving the bus rings in a circumferential direction. A holder clip(120) is integrated with the catch ring unit and includes a plurality of clip units which covers the receiving space. When the clip units cover the receiving space, the intervals between the bus rings are maintained. A holder(130) expands a concave recess part in a circumferential direction. The concave recess part receives a holder clip.
