<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining apparatus and a laser beam machining method capable of machining an inner face of a tube even when the inside diameter of the tube is small. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machining apparatus has optical fibers 2 which lead laser beams La from a pulse laser beam source and emit the beams from a laser beam emission unit 2a, and a reflecting mirror 5 which is arranged at the positional relationship facing the laser beam emission unit 2a with a predetermined distance therefrom, and has an aspheric reflecting surface 5a to reflect and condense the emitted laser beams and irradiate the beams on a point of irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
