PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a metal layer in a wet etch process of a transparent oxide layer by forming an organic clad on the edge of an anode electrode which functions as a reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: A first anode electrode(301) is separately formed on the first to third sub pixel regions of a substrate(100). A second anode electrode(302) is formed on the upper side of the anode electrode of the first and second sub pixel regions. A third anode electrode(303) is formed on the upper side of the second anode electrode of the first sub pixel region. An organic dielectric layer(305) is formed on both ends of the first anode electrode of each sub pixel. An organic layer(320) with a light emitting layer is formed on the upper side of the exposed anode electrode.
