PURPOSE: A remote management system of an unmanned telephone company and a method thereof are provided to confirm the real-time image of a communication device while grasping the communication device through the recognition of a barcode. CONSTITUTION: An unmanned telephone company(200) includes a barcode(211), a camera(260), and a communication device(230). The barcode is respectively attached to the communication equipment(210) of the unmanned telephone company. The camera takes a photograph of the image of the communication equipment. The communication equipment transmits the image of the communication equipment to the outside. A central control server(100) grasps the communication equipment through barcode information. The central control server grasps the failure of the communication equipment.
