PURPOSE: A footwear insole structure is provided to reduce the fatigue of a foot and to enable a user to feel a comfort when wearing footwear. CONSTITUTION: A footwear insole structure is constituted as follows. A fifth metarsal bone supporting part is perpendicularly projected from a metarsal bone settling portion(3) between an arch supporting part(2) and a toe settling portion(1). The fifth metarsal bone supporting part supports a fifth metarsal bone(4) of the arch supporting part. The fifth metarsal bone supporting part has the height of 3-5 mm from the top surface of the metarsal bone settling portion.
