WATER LEAKAGE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A water leakage sensor is provided to be used for a non-conductor, such as pure water, oil, etc., at low cost since volume increases if an expansion member absorbs water. CONSTITUTION: A water leakage sensor comprises a body(20), an expansion member(40), and a sensing unit. The body comprises a support plate(22), a frame, and a fixing plate(26). The support plate supports one side of the expansion member. The frame is fastened to the support plate and is arranged on a side, to which the expansion member is expanded. The fixing plate is spaced from the expansion member and is fixed to the frame. The expansion member is installed on the body and expands if absorbing liquid. The sensing unit is installed on the body to sense the expansion of the expansion member.
