PURPOSE: A digital photographing device and a control method thereof are provided to control the digital photographing device while confirming the image state of a current photographed target in real time. CONSTITUTION: A digital photographing device receives a remote control signal(402). In case the received remote control signal is a previously defined remote control signal, the digital photographing device creates a photographing condition control signal(404,406). The digital photographing device controls photographing conditions(408). In case a remote control mode end signal is received, the digital photographing device is terminated(410).
