ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODDE DESPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to improve reliability and lifetime of a display device by including a tapered incline angle on the whole area of a bank pattern. CONSTITUTION: A TFT is formed on a substrate. A first electrode is connected to the TFT. A bank pattern(BANKP) is formed on a non-emitting region including the TFT and exposes a light emitting region including the first electrode. An organic light emitting layer is contacted with the first electrode in the light emitting region of the bank pattern. A second electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer. The bank pattern has a chamfered shape on the edge.
