PURPOSE: A high voltage safety device for a high voltage battery is provided to prevent the removal of undesired high voltage cover while not employing an interlock for strengthening the safety for a high voltage part. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage safety device(4) for a high voltage battery(1) comprises a switch terminal(5) and a plug(6). The switch terminal forms an electric circuit of a high voltage part(2) and protrudes in order to be inserted to a position hole(3a) of a high voltage cover(3). The plug forms an electric circuit by connecting a switch if the switch terminal is inserted and has a size occupying the high voltage cover. |
