摘要 PURPOSE: An oscillator circuit having compensation for an external supplied voltage, temperature and a process is provided to output a regular output oscillating signal frequency by controlling a size of a compensating current in a current supplying part. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage generating part(310) generates a stable reference voltage with respect to a change of an external supplied voltage and a temperature. A temperature compensation part(330) receives a reference voltage and generates the first regular voltage, the second reference voltage and the third reference voltage. An internal supplied voltage generating part(320) receives the first reference voltage and generates an internal supplied voltage which is stable with respect to a change of the external supplied voltage and the temperature. The current supply part(340) receives the second reference voltage and generates a compensating current. A process compensating part(350) performs a process compensation by controlling an amount of the compensating current. An oscillation signal generating part(360) generates an oscillation signal.
