PURPOSE: A two-component type dual curing clear coat composition for automobiles is provided to realize physical and mechanical properties and to form a smooth clear coat layer even in a shadow region where automobile inner ultraviolet ray is not irradiated by performing thermal curing and UV curing at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A two-component type dual curing clear coat composition for automobiles comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a base material and 25~35 parts by weight of a hardener. The base material includes 50~70 weight% of an acrylic resin having a hydroxy group and an oligomer group, 22~30 weight% of reaction diluents, 3~10 weight% of photoinitiator, 1~3 weight% of thermal initiator, 1.0~1.5 weight% of ultraviolet-absorbing agent, 0.1~0.5 weight% of UV stabilizer, 1.0~1.5 weight% of leveling agent, 0.4~1.5 weight% of reaction accelerator and 1.5~2.0 weight% of solvent. |
