PURPOSE: An auto-coupler device for preliminary treatment device of molten pig iron is provided to improve the service life of auto-coupler by protecting the coupled part from the inflow of foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: An auto-coupler device for preliminary treatment device of molten pig iron comprises an elastic member, a protecting pipe(306), a flange(310), an auto-coupler base(316) and O-ring(314). The elastic member is arranged to surround a cart side pipe. The protecting pipe surrounds the cart side piping and the elastic member. The flange locates on the upper side of the protecting pipe and has a penetration hole connected the top end part of the cart side balance pipe. The O-ring is composed of a Teflon material and is attached to the top of the flange. |
