PURPOSE: A device burning a fire used in a food roasting restaurant without dusts is provided to rotate heats containing dusts ascended by a funnel, to sink dusts and raise heats toward outside, thereby only heats are discharged, and an indoor combustion is possible, and in winter a reuse of energy is also possible. CONSTITUTION: The device burning a fire used in a food roasting restaurant without dusts includes a combustion chamber(10); a funnel; and a separation room(30). The combustion chamber has space. The funnel is connected to the combustion chamber. The separation room includes a discharge outlet of the funnel to be off-center. The separation room forms a rotary finder; a guide space; a separation space; downward slope; an outlet; and a chimney(36). The rotary finder is rotated to separate dusts, etc. The guide space induces dusts to rotate. The separation space separates dusts containing rotated heats. The downward slope is formed in a floor side of the separation space. The outlet is formed in the center of the downward slope to discharge dusts, etc. The chimney is formed into the upside of the separation room. |
