PURPOSE: An adhesive thermal insulation waterproof sheet for thermal insulating and waterproofing purposes is provided to take double effect on thermally insulating and waterproofing with a single thermal insulation waterproof sheet, and to adhere without additional adhesives. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive thermal insulation waterproof sheet for thermal insulating and waterproofing purposes(40) contains a thermal insulation waterproof sheet(10), an adhesive sheet(20) having the relatively smaller width than the thermal insulation waterproof sheet and attached integrally to the bottom of the thermal insulation waterproof sheet in the longitudinal direction to form an empty space(11) on two sides of the bottom of the thermal insulation waterproof sheet, and non-woven fabric(30) attached integrally to the top of the thermal insulation waterproof sheet.
