PURPOSE: A power opening/closing device for the vehicles is provided to automatically open and close a luggage door and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A power opening/closing device for the vehicles comprises an opening unit(10) and a driving unit(20). The both ends of the opening unit are respectively and rotatably combining at the vehicle body and a luggage door(T), the opening unit opens the luggage door, and the driving unit installs so that the luggage door and the car body be connected. The driving unit controls the opening speed of the luggage door when the luggage door is opened with the opening unit. The driving unit composed to close the opened door and included a cable drum which connecting the luggage door and a vehicle body(B).
