PURPOSE: A lower part frame structure of the fuel cell vehicle is provided to improve the rigidity of the lower part frame, thereby the safety about the vehicle collision can be improved. CONSTITUTION: A lower part frame structure of the fuel cell vehicle comprises a first center floor cross member(110), a second center floor cross member(120), a first center floor side member(210), and a second center floor side member(220). The first and the second center floor cross member are formed on the center floor of the lower part car body into the width direction of the vehicles, and are each other separated to the longitudinal direction of the vehicles. The first and the second center floor side member are formed on the center floor into the longitudinal direction of the vehicles, and are each other separated to the width direction of the vehicles. In both end part of the first and the second center floor cross member, frame mounting portions(112,123) combined with the chassis frame of the vehicles are formed.
