HIGH STRENGTH CERAMIC BLOCK FOR TEETH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A high strength ceramic block for teeth and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce harm to the human body by using natural materials, and to simplify a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A high strength ceramic block for teeth comprises: glass phase including SiO2 45-85 weight%, Al2O3 7-25 weight%, Na2O 0.5-15 weight%, K2O 0.5-15 weight%, CaO 0.01-7 weight%, Fe2O3 0.001-5 weight%, and MgO 0.001-3 weight%; and an crystalline additive 0.01-30 weight% selected among zirconium oxide(ZrO2), titanium oxide(TiO2), alumina(Al2O3), and mullite(3Al2O3·2SiO2). The glass phase is a frit formed by melting feldspar and does not contain a boric oxide(B2O3) component.
