PURPOSE: A protein culture apparatus by controlling outside is provided to isolate proteins from foreign materials and to obtain pure proteins. CONSTITUTION: A protein culture apparaus comprises: a plate body(10); an incubator(110) which is placed at one side of the plate body and comprises a plurality of cell tubes(120) containing protein cells(30); an injection arm(140) wherein one end is coupled to the other side of the plate body to be fluidable and the other end is made to inject additives(50) to the cell tubes; and a transfer arm(160) wherein one end is coupled to the center of the plate body to be fluidable.
