The method involves determining a reference value for operating parameter of a gas turbine, and measuring value for operating parameter during staring phase of the turbine. The measured value and reference value are compared, and presence of the anomaly is identified, where alert notification is generated, if the anomaly is detected for the parameter and stopping of the turbine is triggered, if another anomaly is detected. An independent claim is also included for a device for detecting liquid fuel leakages in a gas turbine. |
