<p>The system has a push button (2) including an outer skirt (18) whose lower edge (18a) is provided with an opening (20). The opening has an initial utilization marker (21) whose inner part (21a) is arranged on an inner face of the skirt. The marker has an outer part (21b) that is connected to the inner part by a frangible zone (21c). The outer part is projected radially with respect to an outer aperture (19) of an assembling sleeve so as to permit withdrawal of the outer part to release sliding of the skirt towards its lower position.</p> |
