<p>PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an emergency lamp is provided to project a light at a power outage by supplying emergency power. CONSTITUTION: The first capacitor(1) is electrically connected between an anode of a power supply part and a ground terminal. The first resistor(2) is electrically connected to the anode of the power supply part. The first light emitting diode electrically connects an anode to the first resistor. The second light emitting diode electrically connects the anode to the first light emitting diode.
