TPO NANOCOMPOSITES

摘要

PURPOSE: A TPO nanocomposite composition is provided to ensure low specific gravity, gloss reduction effect, and excellent scratch resistance since nanoclay and glass bubble are usded. CONSTITUTION: A TPO nanocomposite composition comprises 30~60 weight% of a polypropylene resin, 1~10 weight% of a polyethylene resin, 10~40 weight% of rubber resin, 4~20 weight% of nanoclay masterbatch and 10~30 weight% of glass bubble master batch. The average molecular weight of polypropylene resin is 50,000 ~ 300,000. The polypropylene resin is one selected from polypropylene, polyethylene-propylene copolymer, and polypropylene-butadiene copolymer.
