PURPOSE: An external use skin composition with anti-wrinkling and anti-aging is provided to enhance the expression of mitochondria electron transfer system enzyme. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition contains 0.1-10 weight% of red ginseng extract as an active ingredient. The composition is used for improving anti-wrinkling, elasticity, and anti-aging. The composition is used in the form of gel, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, pack, powder, body cream, body lotion, or body essence.
