PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double lumen catheter with a balloon in which the foldable portion of the balloon automatically reliably coils around a catheter shaft in a non-expanded state and the outside diameter becomes slender by a simpler and more inexpensive method than previous methods, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In attaching the balloon of the double lumen catheter with the balloon, (1) after one sleeve of the balloon is attached to a tube that becomes an external tube after assembled, (2) a tube that becomes an internal tube after assembled is inserted into the tube that becomes the external tube after assembled, the other sleeve of the balloon is attached to the tube that becomes the internal tube and subsequently a connector is attached, and (3) the tube that becomes the external tube is rotated by 60 to 120 degrees relative to the tube that becomes the internal tube or the tube that becomes the internal tube is rotated by 60 to 120 degrees relatively to the tube that becomes the external tube, the part that becomes the proximal end of the tube that becomes the external tube and the distal end of the connector are fastened. |
