PURPOSE: A sound and vibration sensing unit for sensing the drawback of an industrial facility and a drawback diagnosing system using the same are provided to efficiently remove and analyze unnecessary noise from low and high frequency signals collected from a file and precisely diagnose the presence/absence, level, and position of drawback to effectively supply them to a user. CONSTITUTION: A sound and vibration sensing unit for sensing the drawback of an industrial facility comprises waveguides(2), a bridge(4), a low-frequency sensor(16), and a high-frequency sensor(18). The waveguides are fixed on different positions of the inner structure. The bridge physically connects the waveguides. The low-frequency sensor is connected to the bridge and senses an acceleration signal propagated from the inner structure. The high-frequency sensor is connected to the bridge and senses an acceleration signal propagated from the inner structure. |
