PURPOSE: A management innovation system and network-based method thereof are provided to receive a result of training of the promotion work according to a management innovation load map and to evaluate the degree of completion according to the road map. CONSTITUTION: A proposal manager computer(110) inputs and transmits a performance result according to a management innovation road map. The proposal manager computer inputs information for establishing detailed subject reflux plans. A management innovation manager computer(130) stores the performance result and a question research result about the question survey. |
