PURPOSE: A high-strength and low-noise panel structure of a vehicle using the characteristics of a curved panel and a damping material is provided to secure high strength in a low-frequency band and reduce noises in a high-frequency band by employing both a curved panel and a damping material. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength and low-noise panel structure of a vehicle comprises two flat panels(1), a curved panel(2), and a damping material(3). The curved panel is attached to the outer one of the two flat panels. The damping material is interposed between the flat panel and the curved panel.
