PURPOSE:To enhance tightening strength of iron core and prevent movement of laminated body by protrudingly providing a reinforcing plate to be inserted into a gap between laminated materials to the iron core tightening plates provided in both sides of laminated iron core in the laminating direction. CONSTITUTION:A laminated iron core is formed by the processings that iron core legs 1a, 1b, 1c and yokes 1d, 1e are formed by laminating a belt-shaped amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate, the laminated materials 2, 3, 4, 5 consisting of laminated amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt are arranged in horizontal to the iron core legs 1a, 1b, 1c, while the laminated materials 6, 7, 8, 9 in horizontal to the yokes 1d, 1e. Thereby, a laminated iron core is formed. The iron core tightening plate 12 having three iron core leg contact plates 12a exptending to the iron core legs 1a-1c of laminated iron core and the yoke contact plate 12b opposing to the yoke 1d is disposed in both sides of laminated iron core. Each iron core tightening plate is provided by welding with the reinforcing plates 14, 15 which are inserted into the intervals 10, 11 formed by the laminated materials 2-9. |
