PURPOSE: A durability improved vane pump, which prevents damage to a vane pump due to the accumulation of fatigue, is provided to prevent damage due to the fatigue accumulation of cam ring by dispersing the load of cam ring side using a dowel pin. CONSTITUTION: A durability improved vane pump comprises a housing body(1), a cam ring(5), a dowel pin(4), and a close adhesion member(10). The cam ring locates in the inner side of the housing body and revolves along with a rotor(2). The dowel pin fixes the cam ring on the housing body. The close adhesion member is inserted between the cam rings of the housing body and pressurizes the cam ring. One side of the close adhesion member is pushed to a settling groove which is formed on the housing body. The other side of the close adhesion member is pushed to the outer surface of the cam ring. |
