PURPOSE: A reducer of electric-powered power assistance steering system and electric-powered power assistance steering system using the same that the reaction force response rate about the instantaneously inverted input is improved and the notch feeling of the worm axis and worm axis bearing and rotary resistance is reduced and the steering feel of operator can be increased. CONSTITUTION: A reducer of electronic-power steering apparatus of the electric-powered power assistance steering system comprises magnets(310a,310b), a damping member(315), and a worm shaft supporting body(320). The magnet is combined in the outer circumference of the worm axis(354) end part connected to the motor shaft. The magnet is combined so that the same magnetism site be each other opposite so that the repulsive power be action. The damping element is combined between magnets. The worm axis supporter is installed between magnet, the damping element and outer circumference of the worm axis end part. The worm axis supporter absorbs this while being elastically transformed in the elastic deformation of the worm axis.
