PURPOSE: A 3D model generation apparatus through selection of an interested object is provided to read out a 3D model at a random time and viewpoint and offer various services. CONSTITUTION: A 3D model generating apparatus(100) comprises a display unit(110), an input unit(130), and an image processing unit(150). The display unit displays an image about an object. The input unit receives input for ROI(Region Of Interest) of images from a user terminal. The image processing unit obtains a multi-viewpoint image about ROI. Based on the multi-viewpoint image, the image processing unit creates a 3D model.
